Step 1- Open the Chrome browser.
Step2- Click on the "Main Menu" of the Google chrome which is name as "Customise and control Google Chrome".
Step3- Now click on the "Main Menu"/"Customise and control Google Chrome". click on “New Incognito Window” option from it or alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+N in Google Chrome.Now
Step4- After clicking on “New Incognito Window” option ,another browser will open in Incognito mode, you can see an icon on the left corner, which is identical to a man’s face with a hat and a sunglass.
Step5- That's it,now you can open your second Facebook account here in that incognito mode browser.
